How will my three-month coaching program assist you?

PHASE 1 - Deconstruction

Recognizing our conditioning and limiting beliefs, and healing our nervous system. 

PHASE 2 - Preparation

Remembering what really lights us up at a soul level and intention setting and planning for the future with a clear direction.

PHASE 3 - Aligned Action

People can get stuck in the healing phase. It's time to develop a strategy and start walking the walk and living the dream!

Six-Week Mindset and Gratitude Journal

A gratitude journal is a great way to take a step back and reflect on wonderful things that we often take for granted. Being intentional about we are thankful for each day can help us change our perspective and appreciate the good things in our lives, allowing us to be open to receiving more.
