I’ve been an artist since childhood, exploring the human experience through drawing, writing, painting, and film. When I was five years old, I declared that I wanted to be a clown, and I’ve been fortunate enough to fulfill that dream - including stepping into the ring as pro wrestler Pandora.

I’ve also spent the last 20 years working with businesses, creatives, and entrepreneurs. My own business won a Los Angeles Business Award in 2018, and I love helping passionate people untangle problems, find opportunities, and figure out what comes next.

The road here hasn’t always been easy. My own experiences with grief, loss, transition, and renewal led me deeper into practices that engage body, mind, and spirit. As a certified Reiki Master, ordained non-denominational minister, and trauma-informed life coach, I work with people navigating their own seasons of change.

I’m passionate about creating space for reflection, honoring what matters, and helping others move through what comes next.
