I'm a certified Usui Reiki Master, sound healer, and trauma-informed life coach. I practice and facilitate traditional Usui Reiki.

Whether you are seeking relief from physical pain, dealing with anxiety or depression, or simply looking to improve your overall sense of well-being, I am here to support you on your journey to health and wholeness.

I chose to become a Reiki practitioner after experiencing its powerful effects on my own health and well-being after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder and finding long-sought-after relief.

I take a holistic approach to my work, understanding that each person's journey is unique and that healing requires a combination of physical, emotional, and spiritual support. With a gentle touch and a compassionate spirit, it is my intention to create a safe and welcoming space for clients to relax and release.

Did you know that a remote healing session can be a highly effective way to receive a Reiki treatment?

Bring healing into the comfort of your own home with a recorded reiki session tailored to your needs, set to a mediation track for deep healing, relaxation and restoration.

Distance Reiki is available to clients all over the world. This type of Reiki works based on the principle that we are all connected through time and space and that we are all made of energy.

During a distance session the practitioner will connect to the energetic body of the recipient. Distance Reiki can be sent to anyone, anywhere, at any time.

Reiki Activation

Jessica will facilitate a remote Reiki healing session for you. You will be sent an MP3 after the session to listen to and you can activate the session when you are ready to receive it. Each recording is approximately 20-30 minutes. Yours to keep forever.

Reiki Intensive
